Locations of Use
Our solutions are deployed in residential complexes, apartments, hotels, offices, commercial buildings, and public areas. There are no GDPR limitations on biometric processing in private premises, provided data subjects are informed and have granted consent. For installations monitoring publicly accessible areas, a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) is required.
Data Storage
Clients may choose between cloud-based or on-premise data storage. In both cases, TALESSO implements robust technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, breach, or loss. Data retention follows agreed-upon periods, and data is securely erased when no longer necessary.
Data Subject Rights
